These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Aurum Studio (the "Service"), operated by Intelligent Revenue OÜ, Ahtri 12, Tallinn 15551, Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Aurum Studio provides AI-powered image generation. Features, credit allowances, and plans are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Credits, plans & billing
The Service operates on a credit system. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and the plan will not renew thereafter. Purchased top-up credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Generated content & ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of generated content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Availability & changes
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
